You won a lot at a German industrial auction and now you need a shipping agent in Germany to collect it. Auction platforms such as Troostwijk, Surplex, NetBid and Industrial Auctions sell to buyers worldwide, but they do not deliver. After the hammer falls, the buyer has a few days to collect the lot from a factory, warehouse or insolvency site, usually without packing on site and without help for the export paperwork.

Can you collect before I have paid the auction house?
No. The auction house releases the lot only after payment. We collect as soon as the release is confirmed.
Do you need a power of attorney to collect my lot?
Usually yes. We send you a short form to sign so the auction house can hand the lot to us.
How fast can you pick up an auction lot?
Normally within the collection window set by the auction house. Tell us the deadline when you request the quote.
Can you ship an auction lot from Germany to the USA or UK?
Yes. Express courier, pallet freight or air freight, with export customs clearance done in Germany.
