Ich hatte ein Paket, das bereits abgestempelt war und musste es nur noch abliefern. Ich ging zum UPS Shop in Biebrich, der ein Handyladen ist, und der Angestellte hatte wenig Interesse an meinem Paket und wischte ständig den Bildschirm eines anderen Kunden. Nach 3 Minuten bin ich gegangen und der Mitarbeiter hat mich nicht aufgefordert, zu bleiben. Einfach kein Interesse.
Die zweite UPS Filiale in Biebrich ist ebenfalls vorübergehend geschlossen.
Also fahre ich quer durch die Stadt zum dritten. Mail Boxes Etc hat tolle Parkplätze. Die beiden jungen Männer, die dort arbeiten, waren höflich und begrüßten mich, als ich reinkam. Innerhalb von 30 Sekunden war mein Paket gescannt und ich hatte den Beleg in der Hand. So sollte der Kundenservice immer sein. Schnell, effizient und erledigt.
Paket in der Schweiz Gewerblich problemlos verschickt, alle Dokumente fachgerecht erledigt, sie wissen wie es geht.
