Ich musste ein relativ sperriges Paket zur Familie nach Vietnam verschicken. Sorge war, dass es zu Stoßzeiten um das chinesische Neujahr nicht rechtzeitig ankommt. Wurde exzellent beraten, Mitarbeiter sind geduldig und kompetent.
Das Paket kam ohne Komplikationen sogar frühzeitig an. Gerne wieder.

Letztens ein Paket nach Australien verschickt und es lief alles einwandfrei. Mit DHL und Konsorten nur ärger gehab, aber mit MBE läuft alles sehr gut und sie sind sehr kundenorientiert.
